Gosh! Adelaide’s food trucks are everywhere now since Burger Theory kicked the ball. However, a famous food truck that sells gourmet Argentinian food, the Chimichurri Grill, is always on my list to try. Unfortunately, I don’t work in the city and hence I can’t go to join the normal Mon- Fri lunch queue to taste them. On the night I went to the first Night Market, I saw the truck in Hindmarsh square. I was so excited and tried their acclaimed Chimi steak.
Let me tell you guys, it is very very very good! The scotch steak was so succulent and juicy that I can’t resist to keep biting the roll. The bread was crispy and well soaked with all the flavours of the steak. The salad was refreshing, especially after a bite with this piping hot steak. The amount of steak was enough for one and I was satisfied with this. So, if you are after a quick lunch with some Argentinian twist, Chimichurri is the place to go.

I tried it at the 1st fork on the road, it was good but I prefer burger theory more cos the bread for chimi was too hard to bite.
